SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are determined by your merchandise total, the speed of delivery, and the destination.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time depends on the speed of delivery you select when you place an order. Delivery usually takes 2-7 days from order depending on variables such as day and time ordered.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the U.S.

  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

  • The total shipping costs for your order is a reflection of the total value of your order.

  • Orders paid via credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed.

WHEN CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned to packages almost immediately and generally appear on our website along with your order information. However, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. That means even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more.

Orders placed on www.toptoetobacco.com may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method you selected during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).

HOW CAN I FIND MY ORDER'S STATUS?

Check your e-mail. You will receive e-mails keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN & Exchange Policy

If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

 

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Top Toe Tobacco products are ineligible for return or exchange. However, we are happy to offer store credit, if deemed appropriate. To complete a store credit request, we ask that you first contact customer service via the Chat Box. Customers will be provided a necessary Store Credit Request Form (CRF). Once received, please provide the required information and return with your unique CRF Number attached.

Terms

All Top Toe Tobacco products are not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Store credit will be honored if the Store Credit Request Form is received within 30 days of purchase and is approved by the Customer Service Department.

 

To initiate a store credit, please complete the following steps:

 

  1. Contact Top Toe Tobacco Customer Service via the Chat Box and we will assist you through the store credit process.

  2. Store credits can take from 7-14 days from the time we approve your Store Credit Request Form.

  3. If you have any additional questions please contact customer service via the Chat Box.

 

Lost or Stolen Items during Shipping

WE CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR PACKAGES STOLEN FROM YOUR DOORSTEP, MISPLACED, OR LOST IN DELIVERY.  

 

You know your area best. Please send packages to the most secure address possible. If tracking shows that a package was delivered, issues must be resolved with the USPS, FedEx, or other shipping company involved. Should none of these outlets resolve the situation, contact us and we will do our best to provide a replacement product. A replacement product will only be provided after attempted resolution with the shipping company AND if Top Toe Tobacco’s supply permits. We are a small business and strive to deliver an excellent experience, however, we cannot assume liability for every package. 

 

If special delivery requirements are needed, please contact customer service with Name, Order Number, and details of delivery needs. We can add signature or overnight delivery, according to shipping company parameters, at an extra cost to you, to be determined by our warehouse.
